When I want to do something useful with my life but I'm afraid that nothing I do will make any difference?

But I can start to make a difference to the world even in small ways, like checking to see if elderly neighbors are OK.

But I could apply for jobs with charities or other non-profit organizations and one day I'll find myself doing a job that I'm proud of!
