It's so annoying! 12-15 hours a day, everyday. I even work on Saturdays. Any positives in this one?

Working 12-15 hours a day requires a lot of dedication! Each day I work this way, I develop the ability to work with commitment, dedication and a relentless spirit. Someday, if I ever think of doing something of my own, or my personal life becomes very demanding then this trained ability is what is going to help me out.

This is not the end for me because this is only a temporary phase in my career. One day things might improve and I will once again get more time for myself.

On the plus side, I'm learning a lot of things on the job that I can add to my resume. After a couple of months, I would have become more proficient at these new skills which might help me get a better job one day.

On the plus side, this might be a good opportunity for me to connect with my team-members, since we all share this pain together. Perhaps, we might share some strategies with each other about how we're coping with this.

But on the plus side, when I’m super tired and I finally get to bed it feels amazing
